Visit to Agritechnica

We visited Agritechnica traid fair in Hannover, Germany, with the objective to introduce AlgaeBioGas project and discuss current biogas situation. We were happy to note, that our project was interesting to everybody we were talking to. According to manufacturers of biogas plants the management of biogas digestate is faced with quite some problems: nitrogen saturated areas (parts of Germany, all France, northern Italy), overprovision of digestate in some areas and high transport costs. The existing technology for digestate treatment is insufficient.
