These files are csv files obtained from WinCC scada. In fact they are not comma separated values, they are rather semicolon separated values, with numbers having decimal comma and times in format "dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss XM". Each variable contains two columns: time and variable value. Time resolution is 0,5 sec, which makes these file essentially useless. They are here just as an example. Files with decimated values (time resolution one minute) will be prepared soon and those files will be much more usable.
